Problem with Omnia with acelerometer

Hi,
I have been searching for possible solutions to this problem but I found any:
My problem is that when I leave PocketCM in background running and turn the phone round o that I can see any app in landscape mode it pop ups and goes to top...so, I am in any program ( MSN, Garmin,etc) and the PocketCM (when I turn round my omnia) opens in top...

Is there any setting or configuration to disable this???

I have the same problem with my HTC Touch Diamond 2. Has anyone a solution?
