If you want to make an italian translation, it is very easy to do:
Just open PocketCM, go to options and select "Dump settings".
You'll have a
dump.txt file with localization values at the bottom.
Just translate all values here.
opy all lines below
##localization# line then paste them into a "Italiano.lang.ini" simple text file.
