Doesn't load images at startup

Hey tene,
So I noticed a pattern to some of my problems. Many times, the keyboard won't pop up. I have found that this is after a soft reset. I have PCMKeyboard set as my default SIP, and when I tap on it after a soft-reset, it never pops up. However, if I then switch to another SIP and then switch back to PCMK, it loads correctly. Any chance you could fix this bug?

how do you set pcmk as default?

I use SIPchange.
