Dictionary format

Hi,

I didn't find anywhere the expected format of the dictionary file.

- Is it just a list of words (separated by new-line)?
- Should it be sorted?
- Is there a size limit? I tried to use a Hebrew word list (that contains more than 300000 words - file size around 2.8Mcool smiley, but it seems it is not used by the keyboard.

yes
no
depends of the memory you have, I try to be space efficient, but 300000 is too much, and anyway, the spelling will become useless. Around 5000 words should work a lot better.

Hi I have the same problem. I have a Danish wordlist around 5000 words. I can choose it from the "optinon" together with the english and french which is installed with PocketCM.
However, even if I choose the Danish - it is still the english dict. that are used.
Can you please help me with this problem.

provide: your dictionary, the exact thing you're typing, and the exact behavior you get. If I can reproduce I can probably fix...

Which dictionary is selected in the options? try to set it to a differnt one, then go back to your dutch one.

If that doesn't work, provide a link to your dictionary, so other people can inform me if they are able to reproduce.
